 We
offer Machining and Fabrication repairs for a wide variety of
machines and machinery.
The hydraulic ram eye bearing (pictured left) had failed which had
also damaged and worn away the main cast iron housing.
We machined the main casting, a new steel sleeve made and press
fitted to the eye, along with a new bearing. The down time for the
crane was a little under 2 hours, saving substantial costs of
major
repairs and also keeping the crane on site, maintaining production.
By giving a quality
service and a quick turnaround, machinery can be kept running for

 Pump
housings are machined, new seal seats are made and fitted. Pump
shafts can be machined to have new outer sleeves fitted,
returning the shaft to its original tolerance and ensuring a perfect
fit for new mechanical seals to seal correctly.
We offer internal & external precision grinding, hardening, tempering and
hardness testing.
Other services include:
Helicoils fitted to damaged threads, Sleeves, Bushes Keyways re-cut,
Welding, Hydraulic & Fly press work, Guarding made and repaired.
Ball and sockets joints machined. Drilling & Tapping, Screw cutting.
Parts machined and repaired and new parts can be made from obsolete &
unobtainable components.
