All types of fabrication work are undertaken both in-house and on
site. With our full workshop facilities including guillotines,
bending machines and presses, we can manufacture and fit, or re-fit all
your fabricated parts. Mechanical fixings and welding options
are available with all materials.
Small sheet steel metal parts up to large flame cut water cut and
laser cut components.
Finished work can be supplied either painted, powder coated,
galvanized, plated, shot blast or sand blasted.
Our site surveys, combined with CAD software design ensure we give a
first class, competitive service and make sure the job is supplied
to the highest standard.

Stainless Steel Wire Forms
We manufacture Hydraulic Ram guards (left) which are fitted to a
range of plant and commercial applications, this one is fitted to a
excavator main lifting arm.
Sliding during operation, the guard gives
protection to the hydraulic ram shaft, preventing damage from
contact debris.
If the hydraulic ram gets damaged during operation, repair costs
and downtime are inevitable and can run into many hundreds of
pounds.
The cost for the ram guard is considerably less and it will have
covered the initial outlay the first time it does its job and stops
ram damage happening.
A range of other made
to measure guards are available for a wide range of commercial and
industrial equipment including handrails and safety barriers etc.
Angled and Solid guarding, Checker plate, Grills and Meshes,Tubular
profiles available.
Structural steels and "H" beams, cut and supplied for the building
industry, with brackets and fixing plates as required.
